We are very pleased to welcome Cristina McDonagh, RMT to Synergea Family Health. She holds certifications in Orthopedic Massage, Kinetic Massage, RAPID Neurofascial Reset, and Dynamic Cupping. As a teaching assistant for Seminars for Health, she enjoys sharing her passion for advanced massage therapy education with participating students.
As a Massage Therapist, she has treated a variety of individuals with conditions related to sport activities, motor vehicle accidents, and postural dysfunction. She specializes in therapeutic deep tissue massage, with a particular interest in injury rehabilitation and prevention. She enjoys utilizing several techniques in her massage practice employing an effective holistic approach which include myofascial release, trigger point treatment, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching and relaxation methods. Cristina has travelled to Bali, Indonesia where she learned techniques in Traditional Balinese Massage. She often integrates and applies a combination of her learned techniques during her treatments to provide her clients with effective and individualized therapy.
