Summy and Izzy in a Tizzy!

Local Calgary authors, Thea Lynn Paul and Julia Turnbull, have written and illustrated a children’s book ‘Summy and Izzy in a Tizzy’. Thea, who did the calligraphy on our wall, hand-lettered the book.

This book is based on a true story. Julia took her granddaughter Izzy to the park, brought along a banana for a snack, and a squirrel stole the banana! Interesting and unusual rhyming words, vibrant colourful collage illustrations, and hand lettering make this book unique.

Thea is going to be at Synergea for Mrs Claus’s Story Time on December 20^th from 10:30 to 11:30 am, if you would like to meet her.

The book is available in hardcover for $26 and paperback for $16 (includes gst).
